Is the Centurions James Tavernier SBC worth it?
With Centurions James Tavernier coming in at 60k, Tavernier has major boosts on his base card which would feel in line if he got a Featured TOTW or another promo card. With him in the 80+ club for a fullback, he is someone you can feel confident in defending and attacking with. The only problem is the league which is Scottish Premiership, however if you can work around it then Tavernier brings all the attributes you need and a much cheaper alternative to a PTG Walker or Centurions Alexander-Arnold. If you can do him using duplicates and fodder within the club or collect every card in the game, then do him as will be an option for those who want Tavernier in their team and need possibly an option to boost their team too. The only reason you won’t do him is if coins/cards are tight and if does not fit your team but as a whole he is someone you should do especially as can get a Centurions Ryan Kent alongside for less than 20k.
Ryan Kent’s inclusion is fun but the main negative about the card is the dribbling boost as he sadly lacks in composure, ball control and reactions, if these were boosted significantly more, he could be an ideal super-sub, but as need to complete him to unlock Tavernier, he’s not breaking the bank much and also a nice throwback card to his RTTF Card.
