With the Showdown Winners Boost II Evo you can give eligible players boosts such as:
- +1 Overall Rating
- +2 Shooting and Physicality
- +1 Pace, Passing, Dribbling, Defending
With that in mind, let's take a look at the Top 5 best players to evolve using this evolutions slot:
1. João Félix
The tensions were high when the Portuguese forward clashed against his former club, but with FC Barcelona coming through, we got the see the best version of this showdown.
He was arguably the best one to use the evo on last time and is still the best showdown we have till date, if you have him, there is no one better for this evo.
2. Manuel Akanji
The Swiss defender would have been one of, if not the best showdown options till date if Manchester City had been able to get a win in the Premier League, a draw is all they could manage instead.
With his height, pace and array of defensive PlayStyles a lot of players prefer him as his presence allows your backline to take care of any quick runs in behind with ease.
3. Alessandro Bastoni
With Inter clashing with former Serie A champions Napoli, the stakes were high to get the Italian defender a win, they managed to scrape together a draw and got him a +1.
With his Serie A POTM version being out and other showdowns around, he's a bit lower in the list but rest assured he is a quality defender.
4. Bobby Clark
The young Englishman has broken onto the scene for Liverpool FC in just the right time, as the reds deal with injuries he has been a great asset for them.
This SBC was a little expensive and with so many good value midfielders around, it's pushed him to be a little lower on the list.
5. Marius Wolf
Borussia Dortmund's Right Back has played a crucial role for them all season long, the German has played and helped his team get the win securing his +2 upgrade.
With his defensive PlayStyles and stats he is the best RB in the Bundesliga but overall, there are other better Right Backs in other leagues which is why he is number 5 here.
NOTE: These are the best options right now, but you could wait for the new Showdown SBCs to get their upgrades to have more options.
