With the Legends of the Pitch Evo you can give eligible Icons boosts such as:
- Quick Step PlayStyles+
- Press Proven and Incisive Pass PlayStyles
- +1-Star Weak Foot
- +2 Overall Rating
- +4 Pace and Passing
- +3 Shooting, Dribbling, Defending and Physicality
With that in mind, let's take a look at the Top 5 best players to evolve using this evolutions slot:
1. Robin van Persie
The Dutch striker is an incredible target player in his base version, with incredible stats in shooting as well as the right PlayStyles, he has incredible ability to play first time passes and shots.
With a boost in Pace as well as the new PlayStyles+ the only thing he really misses is some Physicality and Stamina, outside of that he is a phenomenal striker and an incredible goal threat.
2. Michael Ballack
The German midfielder has been surprisingly good to use this year, with his physical presence in midfield as well as his Power Shot PlayStyles+ making him lethal from the edge of the box, he's a good asset to have.
He is very clunky and heavy to turn and misses out on that top pace which is the only reason he is number 2, this card is so well rounded outside of that.
3. Steven Gerrard
The Liverpool legend has had an incredibly usable version this year with his Future Stars Icon, this evo gets him very close to that level of player in game.
The English midfielder still only ends up with 3-Star Skill Moves and underwhelming pace which is why he is lower in the list.
4. Pavel Nedvěd
The Czech Republic legend has been a little overlooked this year, so it's good to see him get an Evo that makes him more usable than his base version, his PlayStyles making him a real threat from the CAM position.
The Evo is on par with his Future Stars Icon but that version is cheaper than the Evo and player price combined which is why he is low in this list.
5. David Beckham
Arguably one of the England's greatest players of all time and the first Icon SBC in FC 24, when you see an upgraded version of the Manchester United legend it is hard to overlook that.
Despite the boosts from the evo though, we are left with 3-Star Skill Moves, underwhelming pace and not enough of a defensive or physical presence to play the CM position which is why he's number 5 on the list.
