The seventh edition of this game's TOTW sees Lewandowski pick up his third special of the year, a standout LB performance from McCabe, and a MOTM performance from Musiala, while fan favorite Kanté also makes an appearance.
TOTW 7 Predicted Starting XI
GK: Sergio Herrera (Osasuna) - 78 OVR -> 82 OVR:
We start the prediction with Herrera, who was outstanding during Osasuna's 2-0 win over Sociedad. The Spaniard made a total of nine saves to deny the hosts, making him my top goalkeeper option of the week.
LB: Katie McCabe (Arsenal) - 85 OVR -> 86 OVR:
McCabe seems to record some remarkable performances while playing for her country, the latest being two goals and two assists from LB during Ireland's convincing win over Georgia.
CB: Wendie Renard (Lyon) - 88 OVR -> 89 OVR:
With limited high-rated options to select from this week, EA may view Renard as an easy choice. The French central defender scored one of France's three goals in their 3-0 win over Jamaica.
LB: Jordi Alba (Inter Miami) - 80 OVR -> 83 OVR:
We have already seen a couple of strong evolution options for Alba, but an IF could now also be on the way, with the Spaniard scoring one of Inter Miami's goals in their 2-1 playoff victory. With a strong link to Messi, I feel EA will like this one.
RM: Dodi Lukebakio (Sevilla) - 79 OVR -> 84 OVR:
This week's featured player could easily go to Lukebakio, with the pacey winger being a popular card in previous years. The Belgian scored both of Sevilla's goals in their 2-0 away win against Espanyol.
CM: Riqui Puig (LA Galaxy) - 78 OVR -> 84 OVR:
Puig has been knocking on the door for a SIF since receiving his first. Now, with a six-week gap, I feel that EA will start awarding them. The Spaniard scored twice and assisted another in their 5-0 win. I expect Puig to draw significant interest over the summer
CDM: N'Golo Kante (Al-Ittihad) - 85 OVR -> 86 OVR:
The Saudi division will be receiving at least one IF per week, and this was not an easy decision to make. I would expect either Kanté or Cancelo to be selected this week, but I have opted for the former after Kanté scored the only goal in Al-Ittihad's 1-0 win.
RM: Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford) - 80 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Mbeumo is currently the second-highest scorer in the PL, with his latest double taking his season tally to eight. It was yet another thrilling match for Brentford, with the hosts coming out on top in a seven-goal thriller against Ipswich.
CAM: Jamal Musiala (Bayern Munich) - 87 OVR -> 88 OVR:
Munich retained their top spot in the Bundesliga with a convincing 5-0 win away at Bochum. Musiala was named MOTM with a score of 2.0 from Kicker after scoring once and assisting another.
CAM: Adeoma Lookman(Atalanta) - 82 OVR -> 84 OVR:
Lookman received Player of the Week in Italy this week after his dominant display during Atalanta's 5-1 win. The Nigerian scored twice and assisted another, which led Gazzetta to award him an 8.5 match rating.
ST: Robert Lewandowski(Barcelona) - 88 OVR -> 90 OVR:
With Barcelona beating Real Madrid 4-0, I find it impossible to see them being ignored. Both Lewandowski and Raphinha have received recent promotional inclusions, but with Puig likely to see a SIF occur, that will also improve Lewandowski's chances, as he scored two of Barca's four goals in this historic win.
TOTW 7 Predicted Subs & Reserves
RB: Lutsharel Geertruida (Leipzig) - 79 OVR -> 82 OVR:
Leipzig looks to be serious title contenders this season with their total of 20 points after eight matches, matching Munich. Their latest three points came from a 3-1 win, with Geertruida scoring once and being named MOTM in the process.
RW: Bente Jansen(Ajax) - 71 OVR -> 80 OVR:
The Netherlands managed a simply ridiculous 15-0 win over Indonesia, who certainly won't have enjoyed the friendly one bit. There is a list of players worthy of an IF from this match, but Jansen seems the most realistic after scoring three and assisting another.
RW: Zakaria Aboukhlal(Toulouse) - 75 OVR -> 81 OVR:
Ligue 1 was rather underwhelming this week, with Aboukhlal being the only player I am certain will make the side. The Toulouse winger scored twice and assisted another, claiming the joint-highest rating of the week with an 8 in the process.
CAM: Kerem Akturkoglu (Benfica) - 77 OVR -> 81 OVR:
Benfica have some catching up to do with Sporting Lisbon's remarkable start to the season, but they are not letting that get to them. They secured a 5-0 win over Rio Ave this weekend, with Akturkoglu scoring three of those five goals.
CM: Piotr Zielinski(Inter Milan) - 81 OVR -> 84 OVR:
Juventus and Inter Milan played out an enthralling 4-4 draw on Sunday, resulting in several candidates for TOTW. With a lot of silver options already available, I opted for Zieliński despite him not receiving MOTM. The Polish midfielder scored two of Inter's four goals, earning a 7.5 from Gazzetta.
ST: Georges Mikautadze (Lyon) - 77 OVR -> 81 OVR:
Gold strikers were few and far between this week, so despite Mikautadze failing to make L'Équipe's TOTW, I find it hard to ignore his brace.
ST: Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest) - 76 OVR -> 81 OVR:
The surprise package in the Prem this season is Nottingham Forest, as they continue to pick up points early on. Wood is scoring most of their goals, and another two this weekend should see him earn the IF.
CB: Guro Bergsvand (Brighton) - 71 OVR -> 80 OVR:
The reserve defender spot was an easy choice this week, with Bergsvand scoring twice from the back during a comfortable 5-0 win.
RW: Xherdan Shaqiri(Basel) - 73 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Seeing Shaqiri as a silver just doesn't sit right. The Swiss international should be receiving his first special of the year after scoring once and providing three assists.
LM: David Olafsson (Cracovia) - 65 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Onto the hat tricks now, with three of them. The first comes from Poland, where Olafsson scored three and assisted another. You could even argue his case for playing an LB role.
CAM: Julian Justvan (Nurnberg) - 73 OVR -> 80 OVR:
There were a lot of high-scoring matches in the German lower divisions this week, so it comes as no surprise that we see someone included from them. Justvan gets the nod from me, having scored three goals from CAM
CAM: Janner Corozo (Barcelona SC) - 73 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Concluding the prediction, we have another hat trick: Corozo managed to score three of Barcelona SC's four goals in their 4-0 win over Delfín
