The Brazilian winger’s SBC is a little expensive, coming in at a price of 523.4K coins and needs 4 segments to unlock the card.
He has some cracked stats and characteristics such as:
- 90 Pace with the Explosive AcceleRATE and the Quick Step PlayStyles will make him extremely rapid over short distances
- 87 Positioning and 91 Finishing make him lethal inside the box
- Decent ball distribution as well with 85 Vision, 82 Crossing, 83 Short Passing and 83 Curve
- Absolutely top tier on the ball with most in-game stats being close to 90 while having the Flair and Technical PlayStyles along with the First Touch PlayStyles+
- 85 Stamina means you won’t need to substitute him for 75+ minutes
- 4-Star Skill Moves and Weak Foot are very good for a winger
His ideal position in game would be as a cut inside LW in a 4-3-3 variation. His stats will allow him to easily make space for himself and once he’s inside the box, he will find the back of the net.
He has a similar player profile to that of UEL RTTK João Pedro and Base Icon Emilio Butragueño. Their short stature combined with blistering pace and great inside the box finishing makes them lethal once they get into space.
The card does have a few drawbacks such as:
- Despite having the Dead Ball PlayStyles he has 76 Freekick Accuracy which takes away from its usefulness
- Poor aerial presence
- Weak Physicality
- Medium/Medium workrates means you’ll have to manually trigger runs

The suggested Chemistry Style for Trailblazers Rodrygo is: MAESTRO. The boost in Passing, Shooting and Dribbling including +8 in Reactions, Shot Power, Long Shots, Freekick Accuracy, Long Passing and Dribbling cover a lot of his weaknesses and make him the best version of himself.
Trailblazers Rodrygo: Complete or Yeet?
If you want to bridge the gap from low tier meta to mid/high tier meta wingers in La Liga or just FC 24 in general, this card is the perfect bridge for that. He is priced lower than some of the most expensive cards but still offers you all the things needed to master his role either as an agile striker or a cut-inside winger which makes this SBC worth it. My verdict: Complete!
