He has some very good stats and characteristics such as:
- 99 Acceleration and Sprint Speed with his Controlled AcceleRATE type will make him one of the fastest cards in the game
- 95 Positioning, 91 Finishing, 97 Shot Power, 95 Long Shots and 91 Volleys with the Outside Foot Shot Trait makes him lethal at every range with all shooting options available to him
- 97 Agility, 91 Balance, 95 Reactions, 92 Ball Control, 98 Dribbling and 91 Composure makes him extremely responsive on the ball
- 81 Defensive Awareness will allow him to have good Jockeying speed for pressing high up the pitch
- 99 Stamina means he won’t need to be substituted for the entire 120 minutes
- 83 Strength and 82 Aggression give him a good chance in physical duels
- 4-Star Skill Moves and Weak Foot are decent for an attacker
- High/Medium workrates are perfect for an attacker
His ideal position in game would be as a free roaming CAM in a 4-1-2-1-2(2), 4-3-1-2, 3-5-2 or any CAM positions in the 4-2-3-1 and the 4-2-2-2. He is a very versatile card in attack, can play out wide or behind the striker and you need to give him as much freedom as you can in a system to get the best out of him.
He has a similar player profile to that of Team of the Season Marus Rashford and Team of the Season Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. They have the advantage over him with their 5-Star Skill Moves/Weak Foot combinations and decent aerial ability but aside from that they are incredibly similar to Chiesa. They share the attributes of having high pace, shooting, passing and dribbling ability as well as decent physicals to weave their way through defences and play the final ball or shot. It makes them very desirable in game.
The card does have a few drawbacks such as:
- He has the Average body type which makes him a little clunky
- Being 5’9 with 63 Heading Accuracy and 67 Jumping he has no aerial presence

There is practically nothing wrong with this card, has a lot of strengths but misses that 5-Star Skills/Weak Foot combo to truly make it elite which in turn makes it harder to justify his premium price tag. If you can wait a week for fodder prices to crash then this SBC will be worth revisiting otherwise this SBC is not worth it. My verdict: Complete only if you wait and craft the SBC.
