- Good Ball Distribution from wide areas with 85 Vision, 86 Short Passing, 87 Crossing and 91 Curve
- He’s very responsive on the ball with 84 Ball Control, 91 Reactions, 89 Dribbling and Composure
- 92 Stamina means you won’t need to substitute him for 80+ minutes
- 4-Star Skill Moves with 5-Star Weak Foot is perfect for a Striker
- High/Medium workrates are good for an attacker
His ideal position in game would be as a cut-inside LW/LM or an agile ST in a 2 striker formation. Anywhere he can use his amazing shooting and that Finesse Shot PlayStyles and you’ll have guaranteed goals every game.
He has a similar player profile to that of Base Hero Antonio Di Natale and Base Icon Fernando Torres. They’re all agile enough to take the ball out wide and beat defenders but their primary strength lies in taking that curled finesse shot from the edge of the box to beat the goalkeeper.
The card does have a few drawbacks such as:
- 83 Agility and 76 Balance will make him a little clunky on the turn
- 76 Long Passing means you can’t switch the play with long diagonals
- Low Heading Accuracy makes him a poor aerial presence
- Low Strength and Aggression makes him prone to physical seal outs from defenders

The suggested Chemistry for PL POTM Heung Min Son is: ENGINE. The boost in Pace, Dribbling and Passing, especially the +8 Balance helps cover some of his weaknesses and makes him even better on the ball.
Premier League POTM Heung Min Son: Complete or Yeet?
Son is probably one of, if not the outright best ST in the Premier League right now. His combination of stats and PlayStyles is genuinely mind boggling at how effective it is in game. The caveat is his price. He’s very expensive, and it may deter people from completing the SBC but bear in mind he’s out for 31 days. Even if you slowly chip away at the segments, the card you receive at the end will be worth it for a few months at least. My verdict: Complete!
