This is the cheapest main league TOTS upgrade SBC we've had so far, which in all honesty caught me off guard. It's almost as if the requirements for Auoar and this were mixed up by accident.
What can you get from the Ligue 1 TOTS Upgrade?
There's the traditional 18 players in the squad, with 15 TOTS and the 3 "let's just get big names into TOTS even if they don't deserve them" moments, it's a 10/8 split between a positive or negative outcome. With some of those cards that come under the price of SBC being the emminently usable Medina, Clauss and Fofana, you are actually going to have to get very unlucky to not get something that's worthwhile. Obviously Messi, Mbappe and Neymar are the holy grails of this SBC but more reasonably you should be looking for Marquinhos, Verratti or the incredible dynamic image of David.

Is the Ligue 1 TOTS Upgrade SBC worth it?
This is an incredibly grindable SBC. With the 80+ player picks, rewards from objectives out the ying yang and 75x11 Ligue 1 packs coming to an end, you should be able to complete most of this by accident.
It's Team of the Season. And without getting into a more holistic feeling about the game in general, the momentum seems to be seeping out of the game at the moment. It's the time to have fun, it's June tomorrow, give yourself a shot at those mad players that will keep you inside when the Summer heat starts beating down.
