How does Icon Chemistry work in FC 25?
Icons give +2 chemistry contribution for their nation, and +1 chemistry contribution to EVERY league in the game. Chemistry contribution isn't a full chemistry point or "blue diamond", it's one "player's worth of chemistry" or one "player symbol". This change was made for FC 24, and makes Icons extremely valuable for squad building, especially in the early game.
