- If you buy the PlayStation or Xbox versions of the games you are automatically offered Dual Entitlement. Dual Entitlement allows you to have ownership of both Old Gen(PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) and New Gen(PlayStation 5/ Xbox Series X/S) versions of the game. You can switch between versions based on which console you are on anytime you choose.
What is the cheapest way to buy EA Sports FC 24?
There will be a 10% discount added for EA Play users and if you are a player who has played previous titles then you might be eligible for a 10% Loyalty discount on the Ultimate Edition.
Do note that unlike previous years, discounts CANNOT be clubbed together.
If you are looking for an even cheaper method of pre-ordering the game then we'd suggest looking for deals on PlayStation/Xbox/Epic Games currency bundles and then using those to pay for the discounted pre-order.
Which version should I buy?
If you are a hardcore Ultimate Team player then the bonuses offered in the Ultimate Edition are more than worth the money that is being asked. Being able to play 7 days early and having 4600 FC Points added in order to open packs are more than good enough to kickstart your EA Sports FC 24 campaigns and give the much needed boosts to your club for the rest of the year. This year we got an untradable World Cup Hero with some of the absolute best players like Lucio, Capdevila and Yaya Toure being available in the pre-order packs. Similarly we will be getting an untradable UCL/UWCL Hero with this year's pre-order with a chance to pack some of the best players in the game!
If you are a casual player and don't plan on playing the game competitively throughout the year then the Standard Edition might be worth your money. You still get a lot of bonuses and will be able to enjoy the new game on your preferred generation throughout the year.
